My name is Kristin.. I'm 24 yrs old and I'm 5'5. I started my journey of losing weight back in April. My starting weight was 200 pounds and I've made it down to 154 pounds so far. My goal is to get down to 130 pounds by June. I really wanted to join this community to find inspiration and to help anyone who might need support.
The way I chose to lose weight was by doing 90 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and maintaining around 1500 calories a day. I try to eat healthy, but I don't restrict myself completely of junk food. Now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight, the weight has stopped coming off as quickly. I went from losing about 8 pounds a month to losing 2 or 3 pounds a month. It could just be the winter months as well.
Anyway, this is just a summary of what I've been doing. I can't wait to hear everyones' weight loss stories, and I'm happy to be on this journey with you guys!

hey! we have similar situations, except i have not had close to the success you have! my start weight was 208 and i am currently 183. adding you! looking forward to offering any motivation/inspiration i can!

When you started out, what was your 90-minute cardio? That sounds so intimidating to me. :/
